Feeds roughly 5-6 people
Ingredients:
  • 1 Salmon Fillet
  • Modest drizzle of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Buoy 10 Salmon Rub
  • 2 tbsp butter
  1. Preheat your oven to 425 and line a baking sheet with foil
  2. To prepare your salmon, pat dry to remove excess moisture with paper towels
  3. Drizzle the fish lightly with olive oil and then evenly coat the entire fish with Buoy 10 Salmon Rub. You can use your hands to massage the seasonings into the fish to ensure full flavor coverage.
  4. Put the salmon in the oven and set a timer for 12 minutes. Once your timer goes off, use your finger to poke the thickest part of the fish and if it feels too "bouncy" give it another 2 minutes (we don't want dry-overcooked fish)
  5. Take your butter and divide it among the fish. Set your oven to broil on high, leaving the Salmon to broil for 4 minutes. This gets the caramelization going and lets the Buoy 10 Salmon Rub do its magic.
  6. Let the salmon rest for another 3 minutes and serve with your favorite sides.
  7. Sit down and savor the beautiful meal you just made for yourself
