Our Story

 Founded in 2012 by Pat Milliman and Tom Leiner, Pat's Pantry began out of a pure love for food and a dream to bring a world of flavors to the masses. Over ten years later, Pat's Pantry offers an array of spices, herbs, salts, peppers, chilis spice blends, condiments and over 60 varieties of teas.  Pat's has grown into a destination location, with customers throughout the Northwest, the United States, and abroad.       

 

                                                                                                                                     

With Pat and Tom retiring, and big shoes to fill as new owners, we began 2021 with the goal of continuing to build upon what Pat and Tom have created. Bringing people together through food and tea, we want to focus on artistic expression and culinary expansion. Astoria has so much to offer in the food and drink scene and we have a lot of fun keeping Pat's Pantry well stocked to cater to that. Food is love and we are so happy to be continuing Pat's Pantry. We look forward to seeing you and remember to eat locally and season globally!
