Ingredients: Thyme, sesame seeds, and sumac.
Uses: Mix with olive oil for a delicious bread dip, sprinkle on hummus, vegetables, meat, salad dressing and salad. We love to brush fresh baked pita bread with olive oil and generously sprinkle with za'atar!
Fun Fact: There is a Middle Eastern belief that Za'atar strengthens the mind, which is why Middle Eastern children are often encouraged to eat Za'atar before taking tests.
