Ingredients: Paprika, coriander seeds, cinnamon, cumin, cloves, turmeric, ginger, cayenne, amchur, and mace.
Taste & Aroma: Sweet, fruity, and tart.
Uses: Chicken, fish, lamb. Mix 1-2 tbsp. with 1 cup plain greek yogurt and 1 garlic clove crushed. Marinate chicken or lamb at least 2 hours, but for best results, marinate overnight. Use a cast iron pan to grill or broil.
