Fleur de Sel Porcini Salt (½ cup)

Ingredients:

¼ cup Fleur de Sel

2 tablespoons Porcini Mushroom Powder (extra fine)

2 tablespoons Kosher salt or fine sea salt (for balance and texture)

Optional: ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper or dried thyme for added depth


Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, combine fleur de sel, porcini powder, and kosher salt.

2. Mix gently with a fork or spoon until well incorporated.

3. If using black pepper or herbs, stir them in now.

4. Transfer to an airtight jar. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
