Yougurt Tahini Sauce
Delicious as a topping for chicken shawarma, lamb meatballs or as a salad dressing.

- 1 cup full-fat or low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 rounded tbsp. tahini
- ¼ tsp. grated garlic
- ¼ tsp. lemon zest
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. coarsely chopped dill
- 2 tbsp. coarsely chopped mint
- Mix yogurt with tahini, garlic, lemon zest and juice, ½ tsp. salt and ¼ tsp. black pepper
- Fold in chopped dill and mint.
